Standard Delivery Service is available within commercial address of Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands. Outlying islands (except Lantau Island, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau and Lamma Island)

Standard Delivery Service is available within Macao Peninsula, Taipa, Coloane and Cotai City

According to the regulations of Hong Kong and Macao import and export, one parcel for the same recipient cannot exceed HKD5000, if the total value of the order exceeds HKD5000, we will send two or more packages separately according to relevant regulations.

Due to the random inspection of customs duties during shipping to Macao, parcels just have the opportunity to be randomly inspected and only the recipients can pay customs duties. Therefore, if it is inspected, the customs duty must be paid by the customer.

Standard Delivery Service is available within all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country.

According to the regulations of the Mainland Customs, one parcel for the same recipient cannot exceed CNY800, and overseas consumption for one year cannot exceed CNY800 per person. If the total value of the order exceeds CNY800, we will send two or more packages separately according to relevant regulations. (The GWPs of E-shop Promotion do not include orders from mainland China.)

*Customers must upload the recipient's identification documents within 5 days for customs clearance procedures; if they are not uploaded within the time limit, the shipment may have the chance to be returned to the sender, and the customer will have to bear for the freight incurred.

• Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address

Change of Shipping Address

Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with SF Express by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer

If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact SF Express directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded

Mainland China chooses Hong Kong Express

The final settlement price of the goods has been included delivery fee and tax, no additional payment is required. Acca Kappa is also responsible for the customs declaration of "Hong Kong Express Direct Delivery products, this product will not be deducted due to tax issues. "Hong Kong Express Direct"  products will be shipped within 2-3 business days if the order is successfully determined before 9:00 am on weekdays. If the order cannot pass the customs audit or the shipment cannot be arranged for any reason, the system will automatically cancel the order and return the posted amount according to the original payment method and account

*Due to customs inspections and verification of recipient declaration information, if you have received a request for standardized declaration information, please do not handle it on your own. Please be sure to notify us via email for assistance.

*The traceability period for cross-border packages is 30 natural days. If your package is still in customs for 7 days without any updates, please contact us promptly for assistance. If the traceability period exceeds 30 days and we have not been notified, any losses must be borne by the buyer themselves.

If the buyer's delivery address is incorrect or no one signed the parcel and could not deliver it. The refund will be deducted 10% of the total order fee plus the customs tax actually paid for the order

"Hong Kong Express Direct" products will be shipped within 3-4 business days if the order is successfully determined before 9:00 am on weekdays

"Hong Kong Express Direct Delivery"  needs to complete customs clearance before uploading logistics information. Buyers will receive the email tracking number after 1 to 2 business days of delivery and check the order delivery status

Delivery will also be affected by major domestic meetings, extreme weather and other force majeure factors

AccaKappa business hours are from Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm (HKT GMT +8, excluding public holidays). The delivery time is: Office hours are at 4:00pm. Most orders that have been successfully paid before the delivery time will be dispatched by the shipping company on the next working day
