30-days Goods Returns

Your interest is protected by our “30-days guaranteed return policy”, we accept products sold by AccaKapp.com.hk with not more than 30 days of receipt (based on the delivery record). Please contact us for returning information and kindly visit “Refund policy” section for more details.

Non-returnable items

We're sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:

Any product that is returned more than 30 days after receipt.

Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).

Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.

Any brushes.

Any discount, clearance or sales product that Acca Kappa.com has already stated non-returnable.

Any free gift product and samples.

Any product that is purchased at Acca Kappa stores.

In the event of dispute, AccaKappa.com.hk's decision shall be final and conclusive.

Exchange policy

All products are checked for quality before dispatch while we use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you in perfect condition.

For the products of the "30-days Goods Returns” service, if the buyer returns or refuses the Goods for no reason, we only accept return & refund this order, we issue a refund by deducting 10% of the value of products as re-stocking fee if you are Hong Kong SAR, China or Macao SAR, China address. For Mainland China's address, we issue a refund by deducting the actual customs tax paid by the order and 10% of the value of products as a re-stocking fee. You can re-order the products you want to purchase.

*We would offer free exchanges only if you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without an extra delivery charge. If you have returned a damaged, defective, or incorrect product to us, the return shipping fee will also be refunded to you.

*Please note: if you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, Please take product photos in time and upload photos to apply for an exchange within three working days from the date of receipt. Expired will not be processed. Please follow the "Return Product Procedure" to return the product. All exchange requests must be approved within 30 days of the delivery date.

*Only in case the product was sold out, we'll refund the value of the product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

* In the event of a dispute, ACCA KAPPA decision shall be final and conclusive.

Return procedures

You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:

Click My Account  and select "My Returns” from the enquiry type.

Provide us with your Order Number. Indicate returned products, product photos and the reason for your return in the input box area.

Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we can expedite your request.

The return address will be notified by email. All return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns.

Undeliverable orders

Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.

When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting

10% of the value of products as re-stocking fee if you are Hong Kong SAR, China or Macao SAR, China  address. for Mainland China address, we issue a refund by deducting

the actual customs tax paid by the order and 10% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.

We do not accept re-ship service; you can re-order the products you want to purchase.

Refund policy

*Please note that before providing a refund for any returned product we will first verify its condition. All Non-returnable items will neither receive refund nor return to you.

*We will charge the default handling fee by Stripe when you need to cancel an unissued order

-Credit card and debit card payment only charge 3.4% + HKD$2.35 per transaction

-WeChat and Alipay only charge 2.2%+HKD$2 per transaction

*We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of the product will be deducted from the refund.

2  The customer provided incorrect information

For "Hong Kong SAR, China  Express Direct Delivery" products. If orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient. We will issue a refund by deducting the actual customs tax paid by the order and 10% of the value of products as re-stocking fee.

Refund will be issued to the same account holder and in the same form of payment originally used for purchase.

The refund request is only available for Alipay transaction within 365 days from the date of payment is successfully received. For transaction over 365 days, the refund will be issued by AccaKappa.com.hk online cash coupon within 1 to 2 weeks by email for substitution.
