We may collect your personal data when you make a purchase with us, take part in our promotional activities, apply and register for membership to any of the brands of cosmetic and beauty products we manage, operate and distribute, including but not limited to Acca Kappa, BlanX, Leonor Greyl, Vivaiodays and the fragrances of Dsquared2, Missoni, Moschino and Versace.
Please note that it may be mandatory for you to provide certain categories of personal data as specified at the time of collection if you want us to provide the product or service you requested. These personal data will be marked as “mandatory” with asterisks (*) in the relevant forms, and we may not be able to provide certain services to you if you do not or cannot provide such information.

(c) when you apply for or use our membership card or participate in any of our loyalty or promotion programs;

Disclosure of Personal Data
Personal data provided to and held by us will be kept confidential. However, we may disclose and transfer such data to our authorised personnel such as employees; our holding companies, subsidiaries and associated companies (“Our Group”); and service providers when it is necessary for the purposes of providing services to you; managing and carrying out our business operations; and for storing, accessing, processing and analysing such data. We will not otherwise disclose your personal data to any other third parties unless we have your consent to do so or when we are required to do so in compliance with any applicable law.
Direct Marketing
We intend to use your personal data for direct marketing by us, our holding companies, subsidiaries and associated companies (“Our Group”). Any member of Our Group may not use your personal data for direct marketing purposes unless we have received your consent (including an indication of no objection). With your consent or indication of no objection, any member of Our Group may use your personal data including your name, mobile number and email address for direct marketing to you via telephone, text messaging, email and social media channels to inform you of offers, promotions, marketing events, cross-brand joint promotion and digital campaigns in relation to cosmetic and beauty products and services.

How We Will Use Your Personal Data
We will process (including without limitation collect, store, hold, use, transfer and disclose) the information you provide in a manner compatible with the required laws and regulations. We will endeavour t to keep your information secured, accurate and up to date, and not keep it for longer than is necessary.
Where you give us your consent to use your personal data
We are allowed to use your data where you have specifically consented. In order for your consent to be valid:
- It has to be given freely, without us putting you under any type of pressure;
- You have to know what you are consenting to – so we will make sure we give you enough information;

Where using your personal data is necessary for us to carry out our obligations under our contract with you
We are allowed to use your personal data when it is necessary to do so for the performance of our contract with you. For example, we need to collect your credit card and bank account details in order to be able to process your payments.
Where processing is necessary for us to carry out our legal obligations As well as our obligations to you under any contract, we also have other legal obligations that we need to comply with and we are allowed to use your personal data when we need to in order to comply with those other legal obligations.

What Information We Share and How We Share Them
